Sheldon led OSU in points per game and assists in 2023-24, leading the Buckeyes to a Big Ten regular season championship and a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament. She also finished her career as one of the all-time greats at Ohio State, placing in the top 10 in career points, steals and free-throw percentage.
"I've been able to stay in the gym, which has been keeping me a little grounded," she said. "Continue to work out with my trainer and coaches from OSU, so it's been good. It's been a fun experience. I'm enjoying every second of it. I haven’t settled down yet ... so I think that that's what I have to do next ... but it's been a full experience."
