He has composed music for blockbusters including Dune, No Time To Die and the Dark Knight trilogy
He said: “My aspiration with this new show is to preserve the culture of the orchestra and allow audiences to rediscover the unique facets of orchestral music.
"There are many background stories I would love to tell and long-time companions and friends I would like to introduce.” The show will be conducted by Gavin Greenaway, a longtime friend of Zimmer, and will feature talented soloists as well as a symphony orchestra. Greenaway said of the concert: “We have found a way for everyone to exist in this music without anyone being the big star.Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday, April 21
