Ang three-day national tryouts ang nagsisilbing huling proseso ng pagpili para sa 44-man delegation na isasabak sa 11th Asian Age Group Swimming Championship sa Disyembre 3-6 sa New Clark Aquatic Center sa Capas, Tarlac. Dinomina naman ni veteran internationalist JamesRey Ajido ang boys’ 12-14 200m Individual Medley sa tiyempong 2:16.01 matapos manaig sa 200m freestyle at 50m backstroke .
Ang 4-0 kartada ang pinakamagandang panimula ng University of the Philippines matapos ilista ang parehong marka sa Season 60 noong 1997.
