Garla Arcega, site manager at Orica Philippines, began her career as a production supervisor and has held various roles before reaching her current position. She encourages women to pursue their goals and build their networks.Supply planning lead Jenes Mae Sarael started as a graduate mining engineer and transitioned to supply chain. Orica saw her potential and offered her new opportunities, helping her develop her career.
