A vineyard and olive mill in Dayton, Oregon, turned their smoke-damaged wine from the 2020 wildfires into a unique barbecue sauce. The owner, Paul Durant, decided to repurpose the unusable wine instead of discarding it. 5% of the proceeds from the barbecue sauce are donated to the Dayton Fire District, who helped to save the vineyards during the wildfires.
