Oregon State and Washington State are arguing that the precedent set mean that all 10 outgoing members should not be Board members and should cede governance responsibilities to the two remaining members. “Today Oregon State and Washington State asked the court to confirm the departing schools lost their Board seats following their notices of withdrawal from the conference,” Oregon State and Washington State spokespeople said in a joint statement.
