A look at the damage the fire caused on the backside of Timberline Lodge. One worker just told me that there’s some minor water damage in the floor and walls, but the overall feeling is how lucky it was that the damage wasn’t worse. Fire officials have not released details about the extent of damage to the historic building. Timberline management said there was a lot of water inside the main lobby area and teams were working to move artwork and furniture. Timberline said damage inside appears to be minimal, with no internal smoke or fire damage.
