The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office has intensified their search for Susan Lane-Fournier, 61, reported missing after failing to show up to work and not being found at her home. Lane-Fournier, also known as 'Phoenix,' was last seen in her white 1992 Ford F-250 parked near the Green Canyon Way Trail in Mount Hood National Forest. Temperatures are expected to drop into the 30s with light rain.
Authorities in Oregon are intensifying their search for a missing woman and her two dogs in the Green Canyon Way Trail area south of Welches, part of the Mount Hood National Forest. The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office said 61-year-old Susan Lane-Fournier was reported missing after failing to show up to work last week. Deputies said they went to her home but didn't find her.
Authorities said Lane-Fournier also goes by the name "Phoenix." She is described as 5'2", weighs 150 pounds, and has reddish-brown hair. They're not sure if she planned to stay overnight in the wooded area as temperatures dropped in the 30s with light rain. They said more than 100 miles of trail have been searched.
