A 25-year-old Orange Park man is facing attempted murder charges after allegedly shooting his mother's fiancé due to a perceived disrespect towards his mother. The Clay County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting incident at a residence on U.S. 17 on Friday night, where they apprehended Dylan John Capps. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
