Voters in Taiwan on Saturday issued a remarkable rebuke to Beijing’s Communist rulers by re-electing President Tsai Ing-wen in a landslide. Ms. Tsai won 57% of a record 8.2 million votes by stressing support for the island’s autonomy and democratic self-determination.
