The latest target is Kenneth Lee, a Korean-American lawyer nominated for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The Alliance for Justice, which provides talking points for Senate Democrats, seems to have sent an intern to dig through Mr. Lee’s writings as a student at Cornell University.
