Opinion: How Venezuela’s pro-democracy movement has learned from past mistakes

Fourth, movement leaders have unveiled a national reconstruction plan, dubbed the Country Plan , which offers a road map for rebuilding the country’s economy and public services and was announced by Guaidó at the Central University of Venezuela on Jan. 31.
