SAN FRANCISCO — Artificial intelligence start-up OpenAI laid out a vision for building an ambitious consumer-facing business, unveiling Monday an app-store-like marketplace where users will get paid for making chatbots using the company’s technology.The announcement came during an event OpenAI held for software developers who are building their own products using its AI.
