Ann Altman filed a lawsuit Monday alleging her older brother, Sam Altman , the CEO of ChatGPT developer OpenAI, sexually abused her for several years starting when she was 3 years old. Ann Altman accuses Sam Altman of 'rape, sexual assault, molestation, sodomy, and battery' between 1997 and 2006. Sam Altman denies the claims, stating in a statement released alongside his family that 'all of these claims are utterly untrue.
' He and his family allege that Ann has 'mental health challenges' and has previously attempted to extort them. The family claims they have provided Ann with substantial financial support and assistance over the years.
