, a group of friends and neighbors that put on monthly family-friendly group bike ride s on Capitol Hill started about a year ago and have had thousands of area residents join on rides.on April 27th at 4pm and we’d love your help spreading the work about this big event that I’m coining “ Open Streets Jr ”celebrating the new Potomac Ave and 19th St bike lanes and block party in front of Maury Elementary .
