MANILA, Philippines — Only one out of 17 takers passed the Real Estate Consultant Licensure Examination, said the Professional Regulation Commission on Tuesday.
According to the PRC, the written examinations were held in Manila and Cebu on Dec. 7, 2022, while a revalida, or revalidation of results, was conducted Jan. 9 to 13.Only Ma. Dani Vi Patal Edrad of the University of the Philippines Diliman passed both the written and revalida exam. PRC said that the registration for the issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be done online from Feb. 27 to 28.
