A high school in North Carolina is on lockdown after a shooting--the state's second this week
One student has been killed after a shooting at a high school in North Carolina, police said Wednesday afternoon, marking the state’s second school shooting in a week just after the start of the fall semester. Authorities received a call from a school resource officer that a student was shot at Mount Tabor High School in Winston-Salem just after 12 p.m.
. The injured student has non life-threatening injuries, according to the New Hanover Sheriff’s Office.
