Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari said the PTGS service counters at the new centre in the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah building in Shah Alam would be equipped to deal with land ownership registration, strata and land document submissions as well as land tax and fee payments.The Smartbox system is a digital box where customers can drop off documents on land title transfer matters.“Construction on the centre started on Dec 14, 2020, and it was completed on Dec 29, 2022.
