South Euclid's community development corporation, One South Euclid, has announced application dates for its 2026 Neighbrohood Grants Program. The program offers home and business owners grants to help them make improvements to their properties.
SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio -- One South Euclid , the city’s nonprofit community development corporation, is once again offering grants to residents and business owners to aid in making property improvements. The 2026 Neighborhood Grants Program provides funding for home repairs, senior services, neighborhood projects, and business improvements.
Most resident and community group grant applications open Jan. 20. Mini grants and some business-related grants open earlier, or are being offered on a rolling basis. “We’re excited to reopen these grant programs and continue investing directly in South Euclid’s neighborhoods and business districts,” said OSE Executive Director Kristian Hunter, in a release. “These grants support visible improvements that strengthen our community and make South Euclid a more vibrant and welcoming place to live and work.”● Exterior Home Repair Grants — Funding for major exterior home repairs. Applications for these grants open Jan. 20 and close at 12 a.m. March 1. ● Senior Landscaping Grants — Assistance with grass cutting and snow removal for qualifying senior residents. Applications open Jan. 20 and close at 12 a.m. March 1. ● Mini Grants — Grants of up to $500 for neighborhood beautification and community projects. Applications open Jan. 20 and are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.Grant programs for local businesses include: ● Business Storefront Renovation Grants — Matching funds for commercial façade improvements. Applications open Jan. 12 and close at 12 a.m. April 1. ● Business Exterior Signage Grants — Funding for new or improved exterior signage.
