Netflix has found the actor set to portray the role of Luffy's revolutionary father Monkey D. Dragon in One Piece Season 2.
Season 2 cast with the addition of three new actors set play key characters in the next installment of the hit live-action adaptation. This includes Rigo Sanchez , who has been tapped to portray the role of Luffy’s mysterious father Monkey D. Dragon, who, in the original manga series, is known as the leader of the Revolutionary Army.for the respective roles of Igaram and Ipponmatsu.
The live-action adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s beloved manga series is led by Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji. The show is written and executive produced by Steven Maeda and Matt Owens , with Owens and Joe Tracz set as the showrunners for Season 2.
Season 2 will feature the Straw Hats finally venturing into the dangerous and unusual seas of the Grand Line.
