FirstAlertWeather: The heat is on again Sunday ahead of scattered storm later in the day.
High temperatures Sunday will be in the lower 90s in most neighborhoods, except right along the Jersey Shore, where the sea breeze will keeps temp cooler. Though high temps Sunday aren't expected to get as high as Saturday, the humidity will make it feel just as hot.
NBC10's Randy Gyllenhaal reports on how people are beating the heat this May weekend as we got a taste of summer heat and humidity. From festivals in Philadelphia to beach days at the Jersey Shore, people are getting outside. While it won't be a heat wave -- as you need three-straight days in the 90s for that to happen -- the heat could be tough on the body as we aren't used to such spring sweaters. Be sure to drink plenty of water, wear sunscreen, wear a hat and light clothing and limit time in the sun.
