One-day Parliament sitting valid, court filing says in response to legal challenge

AN affidavit filed on behalf of Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin has asserted the validity of the one-day Parliament sitting on May 18. The affidavit was filed on Muhyiddin’s behalf on June 22 at the Kuala Lumpur High Court Registry by Dewan Rakyat secretary Nizam Mydin Bacha Mydin in response to an originating summons by two individuals seeking to challenge the one-day session’s validity,Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
