The Dallas Cowboys are hopeful of getting two of three starting lineman who missed last week’s 28-16 loss to the Arizona Cardinals back on the field for Sunday’s game against the New England Patriots.
Right guard Zack Martin and center Tyler Biadasz returned to practice this week, albeit on a limited basis. They are listed as questionable. But left tackle Tyron Smith will miss his second consecutive game with a knee injury. He was officially ruled out on Friday. He has not practiced all week.Smith’s availability has been a talking point dating back to the spring when he took a pay cut to remain with the team.He has played in just 19 games since the start of the 2020 season. Sunday will be his 35th missed game.The Cowboys added tight end Peyton Hendershot to the injury report Friday.
