Specimens that are already collected, or field trials can become worthless, and be spoiled and wasted if there is any delay in the arrival of relevant supplies and materials.And the problem becomes even more pronounced if the research project would require the conduct of field interviews with human respondents. Right now, for example, I am involved in a research project that requires us to conduct field validation work in Balabac in Palawan.
