MANILA — The Department of Health on Friday said it has been discussing quarantine guidelines with local government units since April so there should not have been any confusion with their home quaran
tine requirements.
Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire said they released their guidelines in April. The Department of the Interior and Local Government also did the same. She pointed out that while the national government releases policies, the local government units would have to implement them because they have authority over their constituents.
