A man who brought home Olympic gold as a swimmer has done something in Northwest Florida that pales in comparison.Klete and Lindsey Keller were on a rented pontoon on their honeymoon when he said they witnessed a jet ski accident about 100 yards away and had to react quickly.
Keller's wife took the controls as the Olympic swimmer hit the water, turned the victim over and treaded water as he gave mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. "We were there for a reason and the timing and all the little decisions that we made yesterday," Keller said. "That put us at that place at that moment. It's the hand of God, I believe.""I really felt a responsibility to this kid," he said. "He felt like my child and I really felt an intimate connection to him."
