Model Olivia Ponton shared her ‘health and wellness’ routine in the aftermath of being at the home of Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow when it was robbed
After being on the scene of the terrifying break-in at Joe Burrow’s home earlier this month, model Olivia Ponton is getting back to her routine.
Ponton admitted she lacks “gym motivation 99% of the time,” so she recommended “some kind of energy, caffeine” to get the fitness vibes flowing. “Chef’s kiss,” she said. In a separate TikTok video posted on Wednesday, December 18, Ponton took the process into her own hands. “That is literally so easy,” Ponton said, “and I think it’s like 20 grams of protein. The model also hinted that the smoothie can make for a nice “sweet treat” in the evenings.
