John Mulaney, who married Olivia Munn in July, left rehab in February 2021 after voluntarily checking himself in months prior
Olivia Munn and John Mulaney have found a system that works well for their relationship.
The pair decided that Munn would give Mulaney, 42, random drug tests — which they still do today. “It’s like a relief,” Mulaney told the outlet. “I like to be able to not even have that be a question in her or anyone else’s mind. Something about peeing in that cup is like, I’m walking this walk. It gives me confidence.”
Months later, Us Weekly confirmed his split from wife Anna Marie Tendler. Us confirmed his relationship with Munn soon after, and the pair welcomed son Malcolm in November 2021. “I am a happy person,” he said. “I have, for some reason, set up various obstacles in my own way that have left me sometimes … pretty disoriented and pretty unhappy. But I am, at my core, a happy person. And it’s OK for me to protect that by living the life I want to live. … I don’t want to be the reason gets complicated.”
