Guthy's post comes less than three months after the couple split following the college admissions scandal, where Olivia's parents -- actressand fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli -- were among the 50 people caught up in a scam in which wealthy families paid bribes to get their kids into elite schools.
The couple were accused of paying $500,000 to pass Olivia and her older sister Bella off as athletic recruits to the USC crew team, even though neither competitively rowed before. After Loughlin and Giannulli pled not guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud, prosecutors added conspiracy to money launder to the list of charges, doubling their potential maximum prison sentences to 40 years.
The pair are next due in court on August 27; they hope to convince a judge that they thought they were making a donation to benefit the school. When the news first broke, YouTuber Olivia Jade received the lion's share of online backlash for her perceived attitude that she didn't really care about college, and was only there for the social scene.in half a year when they wished their mom a happy birthday on Instagram.
