A lawsuit was filed against the Ole Miss coach Tuesday over one of Kiffin’s post, according to court documents obtained by theDr. Keith Bell, the author of a book published in 1981 entitled “Winning Isn’t Normal,” seeks damages, per the report, from Kiffin over copyright infringement. Kiffin posted on “X,” the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, a passage from Bell’s book in 2016. The author sent him cease-and-desist letters, and the post was deleted. In March of 2022, Kiffin posted a photo of a passage with the headline “WINNING ISN’T NORMAL,” which the lawsuit claims is identical to a passage from the book., Ole Miss is not yet commenting on the lawsuit, according to the Clarion Ledger.. He can be heard on “The Opening Kickoff” on WNSP-FM 105.
