'It should never have happened... I want to see justice for her'
Neighbours have been left reeling on the Oldham street which Habibur Masum called home. The 25-year-old is understood to have been arrested earlier today on suspicion of murder following the tragic death of Kulsuma Akter, 27, who was fatally stabbed in Bradford on Saturday afternoon while pushing her baby in a pram.

"I've never seen him," she said. Both West Yorkshire Police and Greater Manchester Police have referred themselves to the Independent Office of Police Conduct due to 'previous contact' with Ms Akter. A 23-year-old man has also been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender in connection with the incident.
