UPDATE: Some evacuations tied to a wildfire near Rye in Pueblo County have been lifted, officials announced.
Residents of the Mount Baldy subdivision can return home, according to a tweet from the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Department. Evacuations are still in effect for residents who live on Table Mountain Road. Students also were evacuated from Rye High and Elementary schools and Craver Middle School in Rye.Colorado wildfires are making it harder to insure homes.
