The former Oxford United midfielder has put pen to paper on a two-year deal with the Buddies.
The 24-year-old Northern Irish midfielder became the Buddies’ third signing of the summer as he put pen to paper on a two-year deal after leaving Oxford United.

“Game time was massive factor for me. I wanted to come here and play and enjoy football again so that’s the main aim. Smyth followed in the footsteps of on-loan Brentford keeper Ellery Balcombe and defender Shaun Rooney in signing on the dotted line in Paisley ahead of the start of pre-season training today.
