Cassie Thierauf, 38, of Lebanon, Ohio, has been charged with felonious assault and endangering children.
a woman who lives on the other side of the duplex began filming Thierauf and the other woman, sparking an argument. The woman who was filming went inside to call police, WCPO reports.
Prosecutors accuse Thierauf of then ordering her dog, a pit bull/boxer mix, to attack her neighbor’s two daughters and another child who were playing in the front yard. One of the daughters, who is 6 years old, reportedly suffered severe injuries that have required several surgeries. WXIX reports police took the dog away from Thierauf and that she was evicted from the duplex. She is being held in jail on a $25,000 bond, reports say.
