Ohioans have voted to authorize the issuance of $2.5 billion in general obligation bonds over the next 10 years to pay for roads, bridges and other needed infrastructure across the state. Passage of Issue 2 on Tuesday represents a renewal of the state’s capital improvement program, which is administered by the Ohio Public Works Commission.
