Hartline and a friend unaffiliated with Ohio State were taken to Riverside Methodist Hospital for further evaluation after crashing a UTV side-by-side vehicle on his property early Sunday morning with non-life-threatening injuries, Ohio State confirmed in a statement Sunday afternoon. Hartline is “hoping to be released from the hospital later this evening,” per Ohio State’s statement.
Shortly after news of his hospitalization became public, Ohio State’s offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach tweeted that he is “doing well.” I appreciate everyones support. I crashed my side by side on my property and have been taken to the hospital for further evaluation.
