COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State had a bevy of prospects on hand for Monday’s day camp, but two prospects stood out in particular.Ohio State is launching the ‘Buckeye Sports Group’ to reshape its NIL structureFirstly, Ohio State hosted four-star 2026 linebacker Cincere Johnson.
He’s the No. 71 overall prospect in the 247Sports composite rankings, and one of the top linebackers in the cycle.Johnson is one of the top linebackers in the class, and one of the top priorities for Ohio State and for linebackers coach James Laurinaitis in the cycle. Perhaps more notably, recent Florida commit Jamir Perez was on hand as well. The big defensive tackle committed to the Gators on May 18, but still has an official visit scheduled to Ohio State.
