An Ohio senator is calling for a lawsuit from the state's attorney general regarding a described "scheme" amongst landlords and a Texas-based software company aimed at keeping rents high for tenants in regional housing markets across the country.
"You can continually outpace the market in good times and bad," the representative in the company video says.
