Jordan isn’t the only Republican member of Congress from Ohio who will chair a committee when party control switches. Dayton’s Mike Turner is in line to take over as chair of the House Select Committee on Intelligenceearlier this year. He has pledged to use the post to further advocate for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, which is home of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center , the Air Force’s primary source for foreign air and space threat analysis.
