Ohioans learned what kind of abortion access might be on the ballot this November. Norfolk Southern's CEO visited East Palestine, and conservatives in the Ohio House got behind a bill to restrict the kinds of medical interventions transgender children can seek.
Their proposal would create a right for every individual"to make and carry out one’s own reproductive decisions" on contraception, fertility treatments, continuing a pregnancy, miscarriage care and abortion. Supporters called the amendment a scientific approach to abortion that puts these decisions back in the hands of patients and their doctors. But Ohio Right to Life said the language was vague and could endanger the health of both women and children.and a collection of state and federal officials all visited the site of the East Palestine train derailment this week.
"We are trying to establish the highest standard of care for transgender individuals," Rep. Gary Click, R-Vickery, said.4) Boy Scout billby Boy Scout leaders to receive financial relief from the organization.
