President Joe Biden’s decision to abandon his reelection campaign and endorse Vice President Kamala Harris evoked a range of emotions among Ohio Democrats interviewed by Cleveland.com,that Ohio’s delegation to the Democratic National Convention next month lined up behind Harris in a Monday night vote as she appeared to be consolidating support nationally to take over as the party’s presidential nominee.
