The niece of Rep. Brad Wenstrup, R-Ohio, was killed over the weekend when a South Korea Halloween celebration turned into a deadly stampede. Steven Blesi, an international business student from Kennesaw State University, and Anne Gieske, a nursing student at the University of Kentucky, were killed during the stampede.
Of the more than 150 reported deaths, 80% were in their 20s and 30s and at least four were teenagers.
