MLive Media GroupCOLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost’s office filed a lawsuit against Dollar General Corp. on Tuesday, accusing the budget retailer of charging prices greater than those advertised on shelves.
It asks the court to block the practices, impose a penalty on Dollar General of $25,000 per offense, and demand the retailer pay out damages to customers.
