"Here in the New Jersey, a Black person was three and a half times more likely to be arrested for marijuana possession than a white person, despite similar rates of use. So it's essential that as we think about building this industry going forward, we do it with that in mind," said Ami Kachalia of ACLU NJ.N.J.
