DStv Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns have announced the appointment of of Mathias Zangenberg as the club's Head of Physical Performance. The Brazilians have confirmed that Zangenberg will work across the whole club, including the men's first team, ladies and the juniors.The 2022/23 DSTV Premiership Champions, Mamelodi Sundowns, has announced the appointment of Mathias Zangenberg as the Head of Physical Performance working across the club to align the methodology of physical training of the Senior Team, Ladies Team and Academy teams.

Mathias, who is a UEFA A-license holder has worked as a physical and conditioning coach for over 15 years and has been a member of the technical team with some of the major Denmark Superliga sides including FC Nordsjælland and has gained invaluable experience from the team’s participation in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League.
