Marvel Studios' official timeline book finally clears up one of the MCU's biggest continuity errors by admitting a mistake in Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT One of Marvel Studios' biggest continuity mistakes in Spider-Man: Homecoming has finally been solved thanks to the official MCU timeline book. After Tom Holland debuted as the MCU's Peter Parker, a.k.a. Spider-Man, in 2016's Captain America: Civil War, 2017's Spider-Man: Homecoming marked his first solo adventure.

Marvel Studios is clearing up a great deal of MCU timeline confusion with the release of the Marvel Studios The Marvel Cinematic Universe: An Official Timeline book. Among many other timeline hiccups, Spider-Man: Homecoming's eight-years later mistake is also being addressed, as the book places Homecoming's opening moments in "Spring 2012," and the majority of the film's action in "Fall 2016," four-years after The Avengers.

Voiced by Tara Strong, Miss Minutes is the TVA's anthropomorphic clock mascot who worked directly with He Who Remains to oversee the TVA. In Marvel Studios The Marvel Cinematic Universe: An Official Timeline, Miss Minutes acts as a guide for the reader through the entire history of the MCU - which fits perfectly as the TVA have access to all of history.
