The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has confirmed that Saudi Arabia will host an esteemed African clash taking place shortly.
The Confederation of African Football African football's governing body has announced that the TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup 2023 will be contested at the King Fahd Stadium, which is the home ground for both the Saudi Arabia national team and Saudi Pro League champions Al Hilal, in the city of Taif on 15 September.
"We are excited to take the TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup to a new territory in Saudi Arabia – a country that has been making significant strides in global football," he said, per CAF's official website.
