LaLiga champions FC Barcelona have confirmed their new captains after the recent departures at the club. Last season's four captains included three players, who came from the La Masia academy, including Sergio Busquets, Gerard Pique and Sergio Roberto, while Jordi Alba was also one of the four skippers.However, Pique retired midway through the season before Busquets and Alba both left the club at the end of last season.
The club confirmed during their pre-season tour of United States that Roberto, Marc ter Stegen, Ronald Aurajo and Frenkie de Jong would be chosen as the four captains.
