Officeworks managing director Sarah Hunter discusses changes the company has made after the COVID-19 pandemic forced many Australians to set up office spaces at home.

She said the company is building a platform called Flexiworks to help make hybrid working “work for Australia”.

“We are continuing to invest in our regional store strategy, we have a number coming up both around the country and they are a larger footprint because we know we are a destination retail and that demand is there from our regional customers,” Ms Hunter told Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood. “We also through COVID spent $20 million reflowing our stores to get those right ranges into store so that when all of our stores were back open, we had that right range that suited that hybrid working environment.”
