On Nov. 22 officers responded to a report of a car stopped in the roadway with the driver slumped at the wheel.
On Nov. 17 a Samurai Dynasty employee reported the doors at her job were open. Upon entering her job, she noticed items were gone through. Officers responded and were met by the owner and employee. The owner reported there were several items stolen from the business. Officers are Investigating.On Nov. 19 a contractor working at a house reported a hit-skip accident. The contractor said he parked a vehicle and when he came out, there was damage to the rear driver’s side.
Mutual aid was requested and officers began to give commands to the driver. The driver didn’t respond. The officers deployed pepper ball rounds into the car. This caused the driver to exit the car where he was arrested.After medical treatment he was brought back to Bay Village Police Department jail to be booked. The man was then transported and turned over to Cuyahoga County Jail.
